Union Home Minister Amit Shah has invited the Manipur People against Citizenship Amendment Bill or the MANPAC for consultations in regards to the Citizenship Amendment Bill.

Intimations have already been sent to the MANPAC for the meeting, which will start at 10:30 pm on Tuesday.

Other than the MANPAC, the Home Minister will also meet representatives of all the political parties active in the State.

Earlier, the MANPAC had expressed disappointment over being not invited for talks by Home Minister Amit Shah.
