It was a historic NEDA conclave as never before in the history of the country had 7 chief ministers from the region been a part of one common political platform.
For the first time, Chief Ministers of all six NEDA-ruled North-eastern states attended the crucial North East Democratic Alliance conclave. Baring Sikkim’s Pawan Chamling, chief ministers of all NEDA ruled states were present.
Addressing the gathering, BJP national President Amit Shah said the purpose for which the NEDA was constituted has been fulfilled today. The BJP President lauded the Chief Ministers of the region for being successful in fulfilling the main motive of the NEDA.
