From Love Story to Luggage Story: Jindal University Student Caught with Girlfriend in Suitcase

The shocking and hilarious moment was captured on camera and has since gone viral on social media.
In a real-life moment that feels more like a scene from a college comedy film, a student at OP Jindal Global University in Sonipat was caught red-handed trying to sneak his girlfriend into the boys’ hostel by hiding her inside a suitcase.
The shocking and hilarious moment was captured on camera and has since gone viral on social media. In the now widely circulated video, hostel security guards can be seen unzipping a large suitcase while a curious crowd of students stands around watching.
To everyone’s disbelief, a young woman slowly emerges from the luggage, leaving the guards stunned and the bystanders gasping and laughing. One of the students present recorded the entire incident.
As soon as the video appeared on X, it took the internet by storm. Social media users responded with a flood of memes, jokes, and funny throwbacks to similar antics from their own college days. Some even recalled times when students tried to sneak friends into hostels using all sorts of creative and equally ridiculous methods.
The identity of the girl whether she is a student of Jindal University or someone from outside remains unconfirmed. What is clear is that the plan didn’t go far. It’s still unknown how the guards or hostel authorities realised that someone was hiding inside the suitcase, but their tight security system seems to have done the trick.
According to the India Today reports, the Public Relations Officer of the university said, “Our students were just being mischievous, and because our security is tight, the student was caught. It’s not a big deal. Our security is always strict, and no one has filed any sort of complaint regarding the matter.”
The university has not clarified whether any disciplinary action will be taken against the student involved. Meanwhile, the video continues to attract attention, laughter, and light-hearted discussions online, making it one of the most talked-about college antics in recent memory.
