The horrific incident in Manipur, where two women were paraded naked and gang-raped in B. Phainom village, has triggered massive outrage across the country.

As more accounts of the disturbing incident come to light, the one narrated by the husband of one of the victims is heartbreaking, to say the least. The husband of one of the victims is an ex-armyman who fought in the Kargil War. He had served in the Indian Army as a Subedar of the Assam Regiment and fought for the nation in the Kargil war.
