KN Rai was undergoing treatment in Delhi's Max Hospital after he along with SDF spokesperson SK Timshina were attacked at Mazi gaon on March 1 at around 2:30 pm.

Former speaker of the Sikkim Legislative Assembly and senior Sikkim Democratic Front (SDF) leader Kedarnath Rai, who was injured in a brutal assault on March 1, reached Sikkim today.
