Fmr Meghalaya CM Mukul Sangma rubbishes reports of joining BJP

Mukul said that he is taking a relaxed approach for now, before focusing on the 2028 assembly polls

Speaking exclusively to Northeast Live, TMC leader and former Meghalaya Chief Minister Dr Mukul Sangma categorically denied all rumours of him joining BJP. He said that the narrative of him joining another party had also come up right after the general election this year. Mukul added he is taking a relaxed approach for now, before focusing on the 2028 assembly polls.
