Superintendent of Police (SP) of Golaghat district in Assam, Rajen Sinha, has been accused of misusing his power. SP Sinha allegedly got Tarun Gogoi, forest official at Kaziranga National Park, picked up at midnight and harassed him till 4 AM in the morning because Gogoi could not get tickets for SP Sinha’s family who wanted to go for elephant safari in the National Park.

The incident took place on Thursday.

As per inputs, the family of SP Rajen Sinha had gone to visit the Kaziranga National Park on Thursday.
