In a big move concerning the Chakma-Hajong issue, the Arunachal Pradesh government on Sunday has decided to suspend all Residential Proof Certificates or RPCs issued in #Changlang district of the state. In an order issued by the government, it has also been stated that to suspend the issuance of fresh RPCs.
