The opposition Sikkim Democratic Front (SDF) which fell just short of halfway mark post Assembly elections in the Himalayan state has now been reduced to just a single MLA, that is party president Pawan Chamling himself.
While 10 SDF MLAs had joined the BJP on Tuesday, another two G T Dhugel and Em Prasad Sharma joined the ruling Sikkim Krantikari Morcha (SKM).
Dhungel and Sharma have been formally inducted to the SKM in a complete decimation of the SDF which untill recently was the party to rule the state for 25 long years.
