The Board of Control for Cricket in India organized a seminar on Anti Doping and Anti Corruption in Mizoram in collaboration with Cricket Association of Mizoram.

It may be mentioned that it is the first event organized by the BCCI after the cricket association of Mizoram was inducted as its permanent member.

Mizoram Chief Minister Lalthanhawla who attended the event as the chief guest expressed delight over CAM attaining BCCI membership.

Besides the Mizoram chief minister stressed upon the opportunities for Mizoram cricket players to play in various tournaments across the country.

Chief Minister Lal Thanhawla also urged the upcoming cricketing talents to stay away from use of drugs for various purposes.
