Mystery shrouds in Arunachal Pradesh’s #KurungKumey district after at least 19 workers from #Assam had gone missing since July 5. As per reports, they were engaged by the BRO in road construction in Huri under Damin circle . Kurung Kumey DC Nighee Bengia informed Northeast Live that the workers fled off from the worksite on July 5 after being denied leaves by the contractor Bengia Bado but a case was registered on July 13. Although investigation is on, there has still not been any trace of the workers.
