Sanjukta Shyam aspires to become Miss Universe in the future

Meet Sanjukta Shyam from Assam, who was crowned Junior Miss India 2024.

She clinched the prestigious title at the grand finale of the beauty pageant held on January 12 in Mumbai.

She has also won the titles of ‘Miss Beautiful Smile’ and ‘Best Rampwalk’ in the age category 7-9 years. The event was organised by ‘MY City Events’.

8-year-old Sanjukta Shyam, hails from Assam’s Sarupathar, but lives in Golaghat district of Assam. She is a student of class II in Gurukul Global AcademyGolaghat.

Sanjukta Shyam aspires to become Miss Universe in the future.

She met Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma during his visit to Rajapukhuri village of Sarupathar in Golaghat district on Wednesday. She had a great conversation with CM Sarma.

Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma congratulated Shyam on her achievement and praised her parents for supportingher talent and skill sets.

“Meet Junior Miss India 2024 Ms Sanjukta Shyam.Congratulations. Belonging to Sarupathar, she is intelligent & gifted. I have become a big fan! I also compliment her parents who are leaving no stone unturned to support their daughter’s talent & skill sets.God bless you all,” CM Sarma posted.
