Assam’s Priyanka Rajkakati completes voyage to Antarctica. Know more about the artiste working on Moon Art Gallery

Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma lauded Priyanka Rajkakati for making the state proud

In a proud moment for the people of Assam, Priyanka Rajkakati an aerospace engineer based in France, who is originally from Assam, has completed her maiden voyage to Antarctica.

Priyanka shared images from her maiden voyage, proudly promoting her home state Assam while being in the Southern Hemisphere.

Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma lauded Priyanka Rajkakati for making the state proud.

“HCM Dr @himantabiswa extends his heartiest congratulations to Ms Priyanka Rajkakati for completing her maiden voyage to Antarctica. Indeed a great feat, the entire Assam is proud of her achievement,” posted on X by CMO Assam.

Born in Shimla, Priyanka grew up in Delhi and did her schooling at St. Thomas’ and Mother’s International School, Delhi and graduated from St Stephen’s College, Delhi. She also learned designing at the National Institute of Design in Ahmedabad.

In 2013, Priyanka left for France and did her Master’s from the world famous, Supero, Institute of Space and Aeronautical Engineering, Toulouse, France.

Priyanka Rajkakati is also a space artist and did algorithm painting for Moon Art Gallery which is an international collaborative artwork and a gallery of ideas worth sending to the Moon.

Priyanka is an Alumni Ambassador for the France Alumni Project and presently resides in Chile. She has previously been featured in the Forbes India 30 Under 30 list, and India Today’s Next 100 Innovators.
