Arunachal Pradesh: ENNO cadre surrenders before security forces in Changlang

A self-styled sergeant major of the Eastern Naga National Organisation, identified as Nongseng Singpho, surrendered before the 11 Assam Rifles in the presence of Miao ADC and EAC in Changlang
The operative surrendered with an AK-47 rifle, one magazine and 19 rounds of live ammunition, besides other portable belongings.
