Arunachal MP Ninong Ering has written to the Prime Minister Narendra Modi, urging the Prime Minister to take up the issue of the Siang River waters turning murkier with China in his upcoming meeting with Chinese President on April 27 and 28.

Urging Modi to accord top priority to the Siang issue during his meeting with the Chinese President, Ering through his letter called upon Modi to negotiate a water treaty with China for sustainable development.
