In a big development, Manipur Chief Minister Biren Singh has vowed to identify and deport individuals who have entered Manipur after 1961. Speaking at the launch of a skill development programme in Imphal Chief Minister Biren Singh said anyone, irrespective of caste and community, who came to Manipur after 1961 will be identified and deported.
