Cutting-Edge Veterinary Care:
Vantara is home to the world’s largest elephant hospital, which integrates modern medicine with alternative therapies to treat chronic conditions. The facility includes:
A hydrotherapy pond for arthritis relief
A hyperbaric oxygen chamber for accelerated wound healing
A specialized foot care unit with expert pedicurists
Treatments using Ayurveda and acupuncture to alleviate pain and stress
Expressing gratitude for the recognition, Vantara CEO Vivaan Karani emphasised the organization’s unwavering commitment to animal welfare.

“This award is dedicated to the countless individuals who have devoted their lives to protecting India’s animals. At Vantara, we see this work not just as a duty, but as our dharma and seva, an act of compassion and responsibility. We will continue striving to raise welfare standards, drive meaningful change, and preserve India’s rich biodiversity for future generations,” said Vantara CEO Vivaan Karani
With its state-of-the-art facilities and dedicated mission, Vantara stands as a beacon of hope and care for rescued elephants, setting a global benchmark in ethical wildlife rehabilitation.
