Ahead of the final agreement between the Centre and NSCN-IM, Nagaland Governor and Naga peace talks’ interlocutor RN Ravi met with Army Chief General Bipin Rawat.

As per sources, security situation in the state and along the border was discussed during the meeting.

The way ahead from here as far as final Naga settlement and security in the state are concerned were also the key matters that were touched upon.

Along with General Bipin Rawat, RN Ravi also met with Commander of Eastern Command Lieutenant General Anil Chauhan on the sidelines of the meeting.
