AAPSU launches ‘cleanliness drive’ to flush out illegal migrants

The All Arunachal Pradesh Students’ Union has launched its clean drive from this morning. The AAPSU is carrying out door to door checking to detect persons without Inner Line Permit.

The AAPSU is carrying out door to door checking to detect persons without Inner Line Permit. The Union is also carrying out checking on the roads, frisking vehicles in a bid to detect individuals without ILP.

As per reports, the drive launched today at 6am has detected as many as 200 individuals without ILP in entire Arunachal Pradesh.

Meanwhile, the meeting which was supposed to be hels in Namsai on the PRC issue has been postponed due to the demise of Former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
