In a proud moment for Manipur and the Northeast, 6 candidates from the state have brought laurels after cracking the much prestigious Union Public Service Commission exam 2020.

Among the 6 selected from Manipur, Parikshit Thoudam secured the 60th position on the All India Rank, Waikhom Nydia Devi was placed 180th on the All India Rank, Heikrujam Prasanjeet secured 578th All India Rank, Kshetrimayum Deepi Chanu secured the All India Rank of 621st, Hatchinghoi Haokip secured 673rd All India Rank, while Lourembam Nelson secured All India Rank of 757th.
