Chief Secretary in-charge, H. Lalengmawia, was also present during the meeting.

This pioneering step is set to not only benefit Mizoram but also pave the way for similar initiatives across the Northeastern region.

Although construction has not yet started, authorities are aiming to complete the project within the next three years.
