Dipankar Barman was taken to the Session Court in Guwahati after he was produced before the CJM court earlier today.
The two Miya Parishad leaders, who were detained on Tuesday evening over suspected terror links, were arrested yesterday.
Prior to this, Marak had been sent to six days in police custody in the case related to the seizure of explosives from his farmhouse near Tura.
Bernard Marak was arrested again in connection with the recovery of explosives from his farmhouse and is booked under the explosive substances act.
