Umsning Legislative Assembly constituency is one of the 60 Legislative Assembly constituencies of Meghalaya state in India. It is part of Ri Bhoi district and is reserved for candidates belonging to the Scheduled Tribes.
In 2018 the constituency had 32,157 electors.
Former PDF and current NPP MLA Jason Sawkmie Mawlong is the sitting MLA od Umsning constituency. He won the seat on a PDF ticket by defeating Celestine Lyngdoh of the Congress with a margin of 70 votes.
Jason Sawkmie Mawlong joined the NPP on January 6, 2023 and is contesting the 2023 assembly elections on a NPP ticket.
