As such Amit Shah has retained the Ministry of Home Affairs, and Rajnath Singh has retained the Defence Ministry.

Ministries have been allocated to the 71 ministers who joined the Modi 3.0 in a grand swearing-in ceremony on Sunday.
As such Amit Shah has retained the Ministry of Home Affairs, and Rajnath Singh has retained the Defence Ministry. Nitin Gadkari has also retained the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways.
S Jaishankar has retained the Ministry of External Affairs while Nirmala Sitharaman also retained the Finance Ministry.
Arunachal West Lok Sabha MP and also a former Union Minister Kiren Rijiju has been allocated the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs and also given charge of the Ministry of Minority Affairs.
Assam’ Dibrugarh Lok Sabha MP Sarbananda Sonowal has retained the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways.
Another MP from Assam Pabitra Margherita is the new Minister of State for External Affairs and Textiles.
Jyotiraditya Scindia will be the new Minister of Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER).
