A world record has been created on the occasion of International Yoga Day, as the largest participation by people in a public yoga event has been achieved.

Yoga guru Baba Ramdev conducted the massive event, which was attended by a team of Guinness World Records.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi was also seen participating in a yoga event at Dehradun on the occasion of International Yoga Day day where he was spotted sporting an Assamese gamosa.

The Prime Minsiter was seen trying out different yoga postures while wearing the gamusa around his shoulders.
