Sikkim: SDF Leader GM Gurung (Junior) Joins SKM

GM Gurung (Junior) is the founder member of the SDF.

GM Gurung(Junior), a prominent leader of the Sikkim Democratic Front (SDF) has joined Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang led ruling Sikkim Krantikari Morcha (SKM) party today.

He joined the SKM during the 13th SKM Foundation Day celebration at Ralap in Khamdong-Singtam Constituency.

GM Gurung (Junior) is the founder member of the SDF.

He contested the 2019 assembly elections from the Khamdong-Singtam constituency but lost to then SKM leader and Health Minister Dr M K Sharma.

Meanwhile, Minister of Roads & Bridges Department, Sikkim, NB Dahal said that GM Gurung (Junior) has supported him internally in the assembly elections in 2024.
