The Sikkim BJP fully endorses the Hamro Sikkim Party’s demand for implementing ILP in the state.
This is clear after Sikkim BJP president DB Chauhan backed the demand and attended the HSP’s Jan Sansad to deliberate on the issue.
Speaking to Northeast Live, Chauhan said that ILP is the talking point in the Himalayan state, because of growing influx, local people are feeling insecured. DB Chauhan said this is why the people want ILP to be implemented by the Centre at the earliest.
