Manipur: North East India Film Festival 2024 gets underway

The organiser had selected 8 Feature Films in the film competition section out of which 6 are from Assam, 1 from Manipur and 1 from Meghalaya.
Manipur Governor Anusuiya Uikey inaugurated the North East India Film Festival 2024 at Palace Auditorium of Manipur State Film Distribution Society in Imphal today. The Festival will continue till 7th of March.
The NEIFF is organised by THOUNA MANIPUR in association with Directorate of Information and Public Relation and Film Forum Manipur, and sponsored by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting Government of India.
The organiser had selected 8 Feature Films in the film competition section out of which 6 are from Assam, 1 from Manipur and 1 from Meghalaya.
The Organiser had selected Eikhoigi Yum a Manipuri feature Film which had received 69 National and International Award as Opening Film of the Festival followed a Tangkhul Feature Film Samkhok.
