Manipur goes hi-tech in its war on drugs

The government of Manipur has gone high-tech in its war on drugs.

The government is using tools such as grass cutters and herbicide-spraying drones for mass destruction of poppy cultivation in the state. Addressing the media in Imphal, Chief Minister N Biren Singh said he is confident that with the addition of technology in the War on Drugs and said that the state can achieve its goal.
