Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, addressing the media, informed that no rhino was poached in the year 2022.
2022 was a landmark year as no rhino was poached in Kaziranga National Park, Manas National Park, Orang National Park and Pobitora Wildlife Sanctuary, said Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma.
