Assam police crackdown on child marriage; 55 arrested this morning

More arrests have been made in connection with the Assam government's crackdown on child marriage in the state.
As per the latest reports, as many as 29 persons have been arrested from Bongaigaon this morning, while a total of 10 individuals have been arrested from Dhubri. Another 5 persons have also been arrested in Nagaon, 5 in Hailakandi, and 6 in Goalpara, respectively.
