AIUDF protests in Assembly over eviction drive in Batadrva

The AIUDF staged a protest in the Assam Assembly today against the recent eviction drive carried out by the state government in Batadrava.
The protest was also joined by Congress MLA Sherman Ali. The AIUDF appealed to speaker Biswajit Daimary to adjourn the proceedings of the house. However, the request was not entertained.
