In a shocking incident that unfolded in broad daylight, a 10-year-old student of Delhi Public School (DPS) Khanapara was allegedly abducted from near the Assam Secretariat earlier in the day today.

The driver who went to pick up the child from City Cricket Coaching Centre felt something was wrong when he found the child’s bag in a nearby field but the child was nowhere to be found. “I got a call from his mom saying he’s near Ganeshguri flyover and upset. I rushed there and brought him home.”

The child said two people in a Maruti van picked him up forcefully.
The child overheard the abductors saying they would drop him near Ganeshguri.
