RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat today questioned the prolonged unrest in Manipur even as he blamed outside forces for the conflict. In his Vijayadashami address, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat said the Manipur violence was orchestrated and blamed “outside forces” for the situation in the state.
