Two dead as truck rams into scooter in Assam’s Duliajan

The deceased man has been identified as Dipanjal Satnani from Makum Debjan, while the identity of the woman is yet to be confirmed.
In a tragic incident, two people including a woman were killed in a head-on collision between a truck and a scooty in Assam’s Dibrugarh on Monday.
The incident took place in Duliajan area in the district.
As per inputs, the accident occurred after the speeding dumper hit the scooty head on claiming two lives and also injuring another person.
Following the accident, the man died on the spot and the woman succumbed to her injuries at a hospital.
The deceased man has been identified as Dipanjal Satnani from Makum Debjan, while the identity of the woman is yet to be confirmed.
The truck driver fled the scene following the accident.
