Nagaland CM does not like the colour on NIMSR

Nagaland’s first ever Medical College awaits its inauguration, but Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio, apparently disapproves of the colour scheme on the New Building.
In an undated video, Chief Minister Rio can be seen expressing his disapproval to the Health Minister Paiwang Konyak. The Chief Minister was visibly unimpressed with the choice of colour, used for painting the new Nagaland Institute of Medical Science and Research, the State’s first-ever Medical College.
