Sonia Gandhi admitted to Ganga Ram Hospital due to mild fever

Doctors at the hospital said Sonia was admitted after she complained of a chest infection.

Senior Congress leader Sonia Gandhi has been admitted to Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in Delhi with mild fever on Sunday.

Sonia Gandhi is under doctors’ observation and is currently stable, sources said.

This comes days after the 76-year-old Congress leader and MP from Uttar Pradesh’s Rae Bareli returned from a trip to Srinagar in Kashmir.

Earlier, the Congress leader was admitted to the hospital for treatment of a viral respiratory infection.
