PAJSC vice chairman Tadak Nalo said that it has been long since the CBI took over the case, but there are no updates so far
The Pan Arunachal Joint Steering Committee (PAJSC), continuing its allegations against the Arunachal government over the APPSC paper leak scam, said on Friday that the claims made by the government of having taken action over the PAJSC’s 13-point charter of demands are false.
Reacting to the recent state government update provided on the status of the 13 demands placed by the PAJSC, the PAJSC claimed not a single point has been fulfilled yet.
On Thursday, the administrative reform department issued a press release on the various measures taken by the state government to date over the demand of PAJSC.
Check out the release:
PAJSC vice chairman Tadak Nalo speaking to media alleged that the government has not fulfilled its demands.
He said that six months have passed since the last meeting with the state government on February 17, where an agreement between the PAJSC and the government was made, but so far there has been no action over their demands.
Nalo also said that it has been long since the CBI took over the case, but there are no updates so far.
‘Not a single arrest made by the CBI till today,’ Nalo added.
He further questioned the government’s over constitution of one-member committee to probe into the paper leak case. He maintained that the APPSCE scam is a major scam, with over 92 examinations conducted under the commission.
We demand a 5-member committee. We totally reject the constitution of a one-member committee, he said.
