The Special court has rejected the bail plea of 21 Assam Police Service and Assam Civil Service officers in connection with the APSC cash for job scam.
Those arrested in the scam are accused of bribing former Assam Public Service Commission chairman Rakesh Kumar Pal who is currently lodged into the Guwahati Central Jail.
