Chief Minister Pema Khandu had inaugurated the Jan Sunwai Sammelan which was being organised by district administration capital complex to facilitate the services to the citizenship under the scheme “Government at your doorstep” at Dorjee Khandu Convention hall today. Chief Secretary, Satya Gopal along with host of other dignitaries attended the programme.

The Jan Sunwai Sammelan is an initiative of the state government which was passed in the budget 2018 – 19 wherein every Deputy Commissioner was directed to conduct the event on the 1st of every month in their respective Districts with an aim to resolve public Grievances in the spot.

Meanwhile, apart from it, few other important services was also provided during the programme for new electrical connection, water connection, aadhar connection, e-ILP enrollment , renewal of ATM license and distribution of items under ujjawala scheme .
