Tripura: Over 15 injured, 2 critical after vehicle carrying devotees turns turtle

More than 15 devotees were injured in a major road accident in Southern Tripura on Sunday evening.
The accident occurred when a pickup truck in which the devotees were heading back home from a Baba Goria puja celebration turned turtle due to a brake failure.
The accident occurred at Dakpara area in the Udaipur-Killa road via Chechuria in Southern Tripura.
Locals rushed to the scene, rescued the injured, many of whom were women and elderly people, and rushed them to a nearby hospital.
Meanwhile, the conditions of two persons are critical.
They all are underway treatment at the hospital.
