Shocker from Tripura: The bodies were dumped in a pit. Accused who tried to flee was arrested from Halhali market this morning.

Shocker from Tripura… A minor boy has been arrested by the police for murdering 3 of his family members including a neighbour.

The accused reportedly attacked the victims in a feat of rage at Kamalpur in Tripura’s Dhalai district.

The bodies were dumped in a pit nearby the house of the accused. Meanwhile, the accused who tried to flee was arrested from the Halhali market this morning. A case has been lodged against the accused under Sections 302 and 201 of the IPC.

“In a gruesome incident a minor boy has killed 4 of his family members. The accused had been arrested within few hours of incident. Further investigation is going on to ascertain the motive of the crime. @tripura_cmo @Dhalai_Police” posted Tripura police in a tweet

The real motive behing the crime is yet to be ascertained. This shocker from Tripura has raised serious concerns since a minor is involved in the gruesome incident.
