Fire engulfs factory in Delhi’s Narela; 2 feared dead

While three people have been rescued so far, several are still feared to be trapped in the building and some others injured.

Two people have been feared dead after a fire broke out in a footwear factory in Narela Industrial Area in New Delhi on Tuesday morning, as per reports.

While three people have been rescued so far, several are still feared to be trapped in the building and some others injured.

Following the incident, 10 fire tenders have been rushed to the spot. The injured people have been shifted to the hospital and according to reports, all are stable and have minor injuries.

Reportedly, the fire broke out on the first and second floors of the factory. However, the reason behind the inferno is yet to be ascertained.
