Keeping up with Northeast Live’s continued coverage over missing individual from Arunachal Pradesh Tapor Pullom who is allegedly in Chinese custody since 2015, Pullom’s family has now decided to take the protest to the nation’s capital as well as state capital Itanagar.
Speaking exclusively to North East Live, Pullom’s daughter-in-law Amoni Diru said that despite several rounds of protests, the government has not officially reacted to the issue.

Pullom’s daughter-in-law further said that the family will organize the protest programme in Itanagar after the conclusion of the Arunachal State Assembly Session on 17th March.
Amoni Diru while making a fervent appeal said that the family intends to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah in Delhi to build momentum over the issue.
The missing case Tapor Pullom has come to light last month after Lok Sabha MP Tapir Gao requested the Centre to initiate steps for his release who was allegedly abducted by the Chinese PLA in September 2015 from the Line of Actual Control in Monigong area in Shi-Yomi district of Arunachal Pradesh.
