The BJP is leaving no stone unturned to reach out to the agitating groups and the common mass in Assam who are apprehensive over the Citizenship Amendment Act.

As a part of this, the party on Wednesday organised a massive rally in Dhemaji.

Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal, State Health and Finance Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, State BJP president Ranjit Dass besides party MLAs and MPs were present in the rally.

It may be mentioned that BJP-led Centre and the state government is facing the heat with anti-CAA protests escalating with every passing day.
