The All Assam Students Union is continuing its tirade against the contentious Citizenship Amendment Act.

The AASU is holding a protest rally on Saturday at Guwahati’s Latasil playground where members of several women groups and organisations are staging massive protests.

Apart from Guwahati, women organisations are also holding protests in different parts of the state.

The new round of protests that begins from today is slated to continue till December 28.

On December, 23 senior citizens will take to the streets as part of series of agitations against the Citizenship Amendment Act.
