Sikkim Chief Minister PS Golay on Monday took oath as an elected member of the Sikkim Legislative Assembly.
After taking oath, Golay thanked the people for giving his party a mandate. Assuring to deliver on his promises soon, Golay said he has his agenda set on how to go about it.
He said, although he has been able to form government, the way things work in the state now needs to be taken care of.
Golay was recently elected as an MLA from the Poklok-Kamrang constituency.
Apart from PS Golay, two other newly elected MLAs Martam-Rumtek MLA Sonam Venchungpa and Gangtok MLA Y.T. Lepcha were also sworn-in.
