Union Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will inaugurate a 426.60 metres strategic bridge over the river Diffo in Arunachal Pradesh’ Lower Dibang valley district on Friday.
The bridge will connect Lower Dibang valley district with Lohit district. It will also facilitate faster movement of force multipliers, long-range vectors and troops into Dibang valley.
In addition, the the Rs 50 crore project will also ease the movement of people of Lower Dibang valley, Namsai and Lohit districts.
