A horrific accident in the heart of the city has shokced the residents of Guwahati. Amid the joyous Diwali celebrations in Guwahati, suspected drunk driving has claimed 2 lives in a horrific road accident in the City’s Khanapara area. The mishap took place following a head on collision between 2 SUVs. The deceased persons have been identified as Deepit Dey and Kanamika Narzary. Meanwhile, another woman identified as Neha Basumatary has been discharged after treatment. Also the driver of the other SUV sustained injuries in the incident.
