The North East States Youth Conclave and Amalgamation 2018 kick started today with an opening ceremony at Manan Bhawan in Gangtok. Organized by the Department of Sports & Youth Affairs,

The North East States Youth Conclave and Amalgamation 2018 kick started today with an opening ceremony at Manan Bhawan in Gangtok.

Organized by the Department of Sports & Youth Affairs, the 3-day event aims at the promotion and encouragement of sports and sports-related activities in the northeastern region.

Sikkim Minister for Sports & Youth Affairs RB Subba attended the conclave as the chief guest.

A host of activities, such as painting competitions, quiz and cultural events, have been lined up for the 3-day event.
